Today we discussed the test you took yesterday and reviewed the terms "unity" and "cohesion". Next we read about another term relating to paragraphs: " elaboration". Through our discussion and examples given, you should all now have a good understanding of the three main components of a good paragraph. I expect you to start using these techniques in your writing!

p.s. Sorry I did not post yesterday. I was not in my normal teaching room. I did not assign anything new (everyone took a test). However, if the Princess Bride worksheet was not finished (assigned earlier in the week)...that was due today 10/19.
